The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to publicize next month's boxing match.
Ex two time unified title holder Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I will injure his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to really want to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
Despite such comments, a calm Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically known for his showmanship - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead targeted former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at British opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Still, the inexperienced fighter remains one of the sport's greatest financial successes, regularly earning substantial financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in rounds four or five and claimed he would derail the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As both boxers engaged in the usual face-off, with their size difference evident, it emphasized just how improbable this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the fight is actually happening.
